Qualification:

  1. Position requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study with 5 years’ experience in job offered or related position with similar duties.
  2. 2 years’ experience required with providing technical support on cyber security products, technical designs and implementations of cyber security projects, where all such experience can be acquired concurrently.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Involved with the deployment, configuration, and enterprise-wide rollout of the Seclore Digital Rights Management (DRM) platform. Ensure seamless integration with existing IT and security infrastructure, enabling persistent data protection at the file level across endpoints, servers, and collaboration platforms.
  2. Architect and implement integration of Seclore DRM with Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Boldon James data classification frameworks. Enable automated policy enforcement where documents tagged with classification metadata are dynamically protected using Seclore DRM based on sensitivity levels and business rules.
  3. Design and configure classification-driven workflows that utilize Boldon James to tag data, Symantec DLP to inspect content, and Seclore DRM to apply encryption and usage rights. Ensure consistent policy enforcement and real-time protection across file types, communication channels, and user activities.
  4. Upgrade, install, and configure Symantec DLP (Data loss Prevention) and manage and support clients’ DLP policies. He will design, optimize, and upgrade testing policies and perform testing of the DLP agent and agent package.
  5. Deploy and maintain Symantec DLP policies for data at rest (DAR), data in motion (DIM), and data in use (DIU). Align content detection rules with classification metadata and integrate policy responses that trigger Seclore protection mechanisms.
  6. Monitor and analyze DRM and DLP activity logs to identify potential data misuse, policy violations, or access anomalies. Support incident response teams with actionable intelligence gathered through audit trails and integrated reporting tools.
  7. Oversee Symantec DLP agent deployments on user endpoints, validate coverage, and perform troubleshooting for detection gaps, false positives, or endpoint-level policy enforcement issues.
  8. Monitor DLP incident queues, analyze policy violations, and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust detection thresholds, response actions, and remediation workflows.
  9. Develop and fine-tune DLP content-aware policies using custom keyword dictionaries, regular expressions, and data identifiers. Align policy rules with industry standards (e.g., PII, PCI, PHI) and enterprise-specific data protection goals.

Salary & Benefits:

This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Salary offered is $151,403.00 per year.
